This exam is designed for IT, Telecommunications, and Networking professionals who have experience using Office Communications Server 2007 or Office Communications Server 2007 Release 2. Candidates should also have experience using and configuring Windows Server Active Directory and network infrastructure components that support the deployment and ongoing management of Office Communications Server 2007 versions.

* Define certificate, DNS, and key port requirements for all Office Communication Server 2007 server roles.

* Analyze a site to ensure it is ready for VoIP deployment.
* Manage the software update server.
* Determine which tools to use for analyzing a given customer situation.
Troubleshooting
* Select the appropriate tools to proactively help with deployments.
* Perform the necessary steps when troubleshooting issues in an Office Communications Server 2007 environment.
* Choose the right troubleshooting tools to detect and analyze different problems in an Office Communications Server 2007 environment.
* Identify and correct problems given a customer scenario.
Conferencing
