Candidates for Exam 70-622: PRO: Supporting and Troubleshooting Applications
on a Windows Vista Client for Enterprise Support Technicians are IT
professionals who work in an upper mid-sized organization or enterprise
environment that uses Windows Vista. They have experience with previous versions
of the Windows operating system and might have experience with Windows Server
operating systems.
Candidates have experience deploying Windows Vista, managing security, and
troubleshooting network-related issues with Windows Vista. Candidates should
have at least three to five years of experience as a tier-2-level or lead
desktop support technician.
